Watched this lobster buoy float in the most colorful waters at Basket Island in Casco Bay (Maine). It was a perfect September late afternoon shared on our friends' Bobbi and Dan's new boat "Fair Tide".

This painting will be in the Yarmouth Frame Shop and Gallery holiday show in December. More information on the show later.

I am honored that my painting "Luminosity", winner of the "Chardon Artistry Award" from the Pastel Society of New Hampshire, has also been accepted in their "It's Pastel" national juried show 2014. The juror of selection Frank Federico is a Pastel Society of America's Hall of Fame Honoree. Now that's a thrill!

The reception for the exhibit is on Saturday 25th October at the Discover Portsmouth Center in Portsmouth, NH.  The show is open to the public through November 30th. I am looking forward to seeing many of you there!

Come and enjoy a pastel show at Harvard’s Center on the Common featuring my work and paintings by my students from the Center and the NOA Gallery of Groton, MA.  While you are in Harvard, experience the beauty of a classic New England town in the fall.  You can visit the Fruitlands Museum, go apple picking in the famous Harvard orchards and see a great art exhibit while enjoying snacks and refreshments.  It’s the ideal way to spend a fall Sunday!
