First Snow on ShakerMill Pond

First Snow on Shaker Mill Pond - Pastel 10 x 10

There nothing more exciting than the first snow storm of the season. It is even more exciting when the sun shines so bright the next day that it creates a fairyland, particularly on my favorite local pond.

Wishing all my friends, loyal supporters and followers a healthy, prosperous and happy New Year.

Last Crop

Last Crop? - Pastel 8 x 10

In spite of a light frost - confirming the change of seasons - there are still a few more vegetables to pick and enjoy as both food and painting subjects.
