Taking a Stand - Pastel 8 x 10
There are still remnants of snow throughout the New England landscape. It usually lingers a while longer on the coast of Maine.
Sleet and snow started to fall. Visibility was getting low but I saw that I was not alone taking a walk on this wintry February day... This is a tonal painting to remember the day.
Every night, there is a line of cars parked at this favorite spot where onlookers watch the colorful sunsets. The dwellings in the distance add to the sparkle of the sky.
