Used artistic license while painting this scene from the Alpilles near Mouriès, adding rocks and an olive tree on the right and a broom bush in the front. Fun!

When artist friends gather for a weekend, they talk about art, share techniques and tips, scout for plein air scenes to paint and sometimes put you on the spot to do a demo... Here is mine of lemons painted on UArt paper, the first one done with a watercolor underpainting, the second one with pastel and rubbing alcohol. It was great fun and I was happy to oblige.
