Pomegranate
Pomegranate is a deciduous shrub or small tree growing between five and eight meters tall. It has been cultivated since ancient times, and is widely available in many parts of the world today. This time of year, you can find them in New-England markets for the holiday season. I use their beautiful red juice to make a delicious salad dressing and sprinkle the seeds in salads. It all looks very festive and tastes great!
