It is May 1st and it's official... color is part of our lives again! Forsythia, daffodils, tulips and azaleas are in bloom, a reward we have all been waiting for after a very long winter in New England.

If you enjoy spring and summer and happen to be in Maine on Saturday 7 May, please join us for a reception at the Yarmouth Frameshop and Gallery for the "Impressions of Summer exhibit". It will a wonderful and colorful feast for the eyes!

  1. Lovely painting, Joelle. And it is going to be a fun opening. Can't wait to see you there!

  2. This is a wonderful view of yarrow growing in the cool spring breeze. I can almost feel it! I can also say that as lovely this picture is here online - in person it is even more lovely!
