With the windchill factor well below zero here in New England, my mind is drifting back to a perfect day last summer in the small harbor at Paimpol, Brittany with its colorful boats and buoys.

- My name is Joelle Levallet-Feldman. I was born and raised in Normandy, France and return every year to visit family and friends and rediscover the endless supply of inspiring scenes, each begging to be painted.
